He has held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Sherwin-Williams, Akzo Nobel, Parker Lord, Henkel, and Ford Motor Company. He holds degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, and has earned ESG certifications from Duke and CSE.
