Using our advanced additive manufacturing process and RapidNylon® material, we quickly created functional heat exhaust grills. These parts were strong enough to be tested directly on the vehicle in a harsh diesel engine environment, and then painted to match the final product.

By bypassing traditional molding and delivering the parts in just one week, we were able to save Ditch Witch significant time and money. This allowed their team to finalize production tooling faster and without any costly changes to the design. The project proved that our method is not only durable in harsh environments but is also a faster, more cost effective way to get from concept to production.
